Episode 02: Rachel Faller of Tonlé - creating a zero-waste brand from scratch

This episode we get to know Rachel Faller, the founder and owner of Tonlé, a zero-waste and ethical clothing brand.

We learn how Rachel’s trip to Cambodia during university led to her moving across the globe to create a company that has since grown into a multinational business.

With the help of her Cambodian management, Rachel owns and oversees the entire lifecycle of manufacturing as well as the sales online, in-store in San Francisco, as well as through partners. This level of ownership is a unique aspect that is generally unheard of in clothing production, which affords her to make sure that the brand has complete control over making it zero-waste as well as the ability to create career growth opportunities to Tonlé’s employees across the globe.
